NEW SECTION, NEW CAMERA!

As promised (to myself), here is a new section on my website to show all kinds of little tests and samples that keep me busy in-between full projects. Small video and audio clips plus explanations. A lot of technical stuff, but also a lot of interesting little examples for everybody to enjoy.

On this blog journal, simply and vaguely named "EXPERIMENTS", people can post comments. So please do so, or comment on my Hyves or Facebook pages, to which I will also link this journal to keep everybody up to date.

The first post in the Experiments section is already waiting. And it's a fat one, since I got a new camera yesterday and already posted a very furry video-sample.

With this addition my website has finally matured according to my plans!
Check it out!

I put some new photos in my guesthouse gallery.

Since they are kind of mixed up with the other ones, you can also watch the new ones separately by clicking right here.

UNDERWATER LOVE, Aquarium photos online!

Dear mammals,

I love aquariums! And one time, when I was in in an aquarium in Osaka, I happened to have my camera with me and tried to shoot some fishes. I put a bunch of them online in a new photo gallery.

On a couple of jellyfish photos I did some creative color correction.

Enjoy!

TOKYO PHOTOS ONLINE

Greetings!

An exciting new photo gallery awaits your honorable eye!
These are my favorite pictures from the ones I took on the streets in Tokyo.

As with all my other photos, no flash, auto-focus, or auto-exposure was used. Many pictures were shot "from the hip", meaning that I didn't even look through the viewfinder.
I had to guess the framing and estimate the distance in order to focus by looking at the numbers on my lens.

As you can see, sleeping subways dwellers are once again present in all their drowsy glory.

Ejoy!

And more will come soon!

OLD SCHOOL VIDEOS ONLINE!

Video is what I do, so it was only a matter of time...

In the brand new video section you can choose a genre and enjoy some freshly uploaded videos made by me and my homies.

By putting "OLD SCHOOL" in the title of the post, I literally mean old movies I made for school. Classics like "Vacuum Cleaners Suck", and "Brother Bally", plus my graduation movies "Expansion" and "The City of Sleeping People", which was shot in Tokyo and shown at various filmfestivals in the Netherlands.

So please take a look and...
ENJOY!

PS
Note that I didn't upload any of my commercial projects. I haven't decided yet if want to use my website for that. If you are interested in my professional work, please contact me. Cheers!
